Mark V. Guidetti Esq.
Mark Guidetti serves as prosecutor and assistant to the prosecutor for various Ohio political subdivisions and as law director and assistant law director for communities in Northeast Ohio. He also maintains a civil and criminal practice, has researched and written extensively on complex legal issues, and has drafted detailed contracts and comprehensive legislation.
In addition to serving as prosecutor, Mark provides advice and direction to public officials and municipal staff on a wide-range of municipal issues. He attends council and other meetings and has represented Ohio political subdivisions in various capacities before administrative agencies and in litigation in state and federal courts.
His civil and criminal practice includes the successful handling of grievances, arbitrations, and mediations. He has drafted numerous documents that have been filed with many agencies and courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court, in obtaining successful outcomes for clients.
Mark is a native of the Greater Cleveland area. After graduating with distinction from Kent State University, he attended Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, Mark earned employment as a law clerk with Diemert & Associates and joined the firm as an attorney in 2008 after being admitted to the practice of law. Mark is also admitted to practice in the U. S. district courts in Ohio. His past experiences include work with the Department of Justice’s Office of International Affairs in Washington, D.C.
